This 8" Amethyst Crystal Bowl is tuned to B according to the A=432 Hz standard. Compared to the 440 Hz standard, the 432 Hz tuning standard is believed by many to be closer to the natural rhythms and proportions of nature, as outlined by Pythagoras. This bowl also has Amethyst crystal mixed in with Quartz, giving it a slight pink hue and a calming, peaceful aura. The note corresponds with the Crown Chakra, but this bowl will work on your whole system.
