Once an order has been placed, please allow up to 24 hours for processing. Merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days or 3 business days, depending on the shipping option via USPS directly from the State of Maryland. A confirmation email will be sent with order confirmation and tracking number for US orders only. Expedited shipping and delivery is available for an additional fee and case by case scenario.
Space of Gratitude is not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed, or returned packages. Reshipping is at the cost of the Purchaser.
In rare cases, there will be a "Delayed Order Processing" banner at the top of the site, for delayed shipping. We will also contact you via email as a confirmation after an order is placed if there are any shipping delays.
We will gratefully accept your return or exchange of any unworn, unwashed or defective item within 3 days of receipt (custom orders excluded unless otherwise noted). All returns should be communicated through our "Let's Chat", firstname.lastname@example.org or at 202-900-1108, prior to processing your return. Returns are at the Purchaser's expense and must be shipped pre-paid, preferably UPS or USPS and in original packaging. Space of Gratitude is not responsible for items lost during shipping. Your card will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges unless otherwise noted), and a return credit receipt will be emailed to your email address once the item is returned.
All custom orders, altered or perishable items, "final sale”, and purchases made are not eligible for return.
Space of Gratitude makes no warranty/guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the truth or legitimacy of any product marketed or advertised to be intended to cure, treat, heal, or prevent any diseases, ailments, or sicknesses and shall be held harmless for any result or outcome.
The refund will be in the same method of payment as your order less the cost for shipping. Your card or PayPal payment will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges unless otherwise noted), and a return credit receipt will be emailed to your email address once the item is safely returned to our premises. Please allow 10-14 days for a full refund due to processing.
