These author-led experiences bring the pages to life through conversation, reflection, and guided mindfulness. Designed for individuals, communities, and organizations, each offering creates space to pause, reconnect, and integrate gratitude as a sustainable way of living. ⸻ Service Offerings 1. Author Book Talk & Mindful Conversation (60–90 minutes) An intimate, reflective talk led by author Natalie Ngounou exploring the core themes of Create a Lifestyle of Gratitude: presence, inner stillness, resilience, and intentional living. Includes guided reflection and optional audience Q&A. Ideal for: Libraries · Universities · Corporate wellness · Retreats · Faith-based & community spaces ⸻ 2. Book Signing & Meet the Author Experience (45–75 minutes) A curated book signing experience that centers connection and conversation. Guests are invited to meet the author, receive a signed copy, and engage in a short gratitude reflection or reading.
