Meditation & Breath work
at Space of Gratitude is an intentional practice of coming home to the present moment. Guided with care and clarity, each session creates space to quiet the mind, soften the body, and cultivate awareness through breath, intention, and gentle refection.
These sessions are designed to be accessible to beginners while offering depth for experienced practitioners. Meditation may include mindfulness-based techniques, breath awareness, body scanning, visualization, and gratitude-centered reflection-supporting both mental clarity and emotional balance.
Meditation is offered as a stand-along service or thoughtfully woven into other wellness experiences, including Sound Baths, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, BioWell Analysis integration, and corporate wellness programming
