Restorative Yoga is the art of slowing down-where the body rests, the breath softens, and gratitude gently returns

Restorative Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice designed to invite the body into complete rest and the nervous system into balance. Through long-held, fully supported postures using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, the body is given permission to soften, release, and restore.

Unlike more active forms of yoga, Restorative Yoga is not about stretching or effort-its about receiving. Each posture is thoughtfully curated to support ease, comfort, and stillness, allowing stress to dissolve and the breath to become slow, steady, and calm.
